Born 1957, at Udaipur Chhotu Lal did his graduation and post-graduation in drawing & painting from the University of Udaipur and received a gold medal for his MA Final. These endow his compositions that entail an interesting mix of the old and new in the imagery, a distinct luster and appeal. His work is held in several private and public collections in India and abroad including the Jawahar Kala Kendra Jaipur and Bharat Bhawan, Bhopal amongst others.
